Who these terms apply to
These terms govern the relationship between King AI & Automation Ltd (SC787231), a company registered in Scotland ("we", "us"), and any individual or business ("you", "the client") that engages our services or uses this website.
Using this website
This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access to this website at any time without notice.
Our services
We build custom AI automation systems for UK service businesses. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each engagement are agreed in writing before any work begins. Our policy is to deliver a working system in your live environment before issuing an invoice. No payment is due until you have confirmed the system operates as agreed.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your individual project agreement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend support or handover access to delivered systems if invoices remain unpaid after 30 days.
Intellectual property
On full payment of all invoices relating to a project, you own the automation workflows, configuration files, and documentation we build for you. We retain the right to describe the general nature of the work in case studies and marketing materials, with your permission, and without disclosing any confidential business information.
The content of this website (copy, design, and code) remains the property of King AI & Automation Ltd.
Confidentiality
Any business information you share with us in the course of a project is treated as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.
We take reasonable care to deliver reliable systems, but we cannot guarantee that third-party platforms (n8n cloud, Make.com, VAPI, Airtable, etc.) will remain available or unchanged. Disruption caused by third-party platform changes is outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
