Content & Editing Automation
Prime Property Auctions
A Claude-powered agentic workflow that automated clip cutting, caption generation, and motion graphics, saving each editor 10 hours every week and letting the team focus on creative work.

The Challenge
Prime Property Auctions had an ambitious social media strategy and a growing editing team, two editors at the time, with a third joining. The problem was the same one that slows every growing content operation: too much time on repetitive production tasks. Cutting clips to format, adding captions, creating motion graphics. All done manually, for every piece of content, every day. The creative team was being used as a production line.
What We Built
We built a Claude-powered agentic workflow integrated directly with the editing team's software. When new footage arrives in the system, the workflow triggers automatically: it cuts clips to the correct format and duration, generates and overlays accurate captions, and applies motion graphic templates appropriate to the content. No manual input is required per video. The editors review the output, make creative decisions, and publish. The production mechanics are handled.
The Result
10 hours per week saved per editor (confirmed)
20+ hours per week returned to the team, growing to 30+ with the third editor
Content output can now scale without scaling manual production time
The editing team works on creative decisions, not repetitive tasks
